With over 18 years of combined experience in the garage door industry and over two decades of customer service expertise, we’ve made it our mission to change the game in home service. Who We Are
Steve
Steve specializes in sales and service processes, ensuring every job is handled with expertise and care. His favorite part of the business? Seeing a homeowner’s face light up when their old, worn-out garage door is replaced with a brand-new one—giving their home a fresh new smile.
When he’s not working, you’ll find him fishing and exploring nature with his 11-year-old son, taking care of his reptiles, or unwinding with a good video game. Fun fact? He’s a huge fan of musical movies and has a soft spot for classic cars—especially the ‘68 Pontiac Firebird.
Steve’s philosophy? “It is what it is—you can’t control the uncontrollable.”

Austin
Austin focuses on relationship building—connecting with homeowners, contractors, and business owners to help them find the perfect garage door solutions. For him, it’s about more than just fixing doors—it’s about helping people in a time of need and making sure they get the best service possible.
Before co-founding Pioneer, Austin served in the Army and deployed to Iraq before turning 21. He has a deep love for the sea and dreams of circumnavigating the world one day. When he’s not working, he enjoys fishing with Steve and his son, exploring with his German Shepherd, Rex, and pushing himself outside his comfort zone to grow mentally and physically.
His personal motto? “The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.”
